Joseph Isadore "Joe" Lieberman is an American former Democrat senator from Connecticut and one of Senate's leading opponents of violence in video games and television. He's been jokingly inserted as a 90s comic book-esque anti-hero in Strata's 1994 arcade fighting game Bloodstorm, as a secret head-swap of the game's Hellhound character. That representation of The Senator has been loosely converted by The_None, first released in May 31st of 2014.
The author's representation of Lieberman is mostly a charge character. He's able to throw off his head and reattach it again, alternating the hard punch, charge moves and Lv.2 supers.
He has a Street Fighter III-esque subsystem which allows him to pick one out of three Level 1 super moves at the start of the match. In amusing addition, much like Akuma he also has access to two (per head attachment state, which makes it four in total) Level 2 supers regardless of the level 1 selection.
