Flonne is a character from the Disgaea video game series. Specifically, this version is from Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero? as a DLC boss. She was converted into a Mugen character by the author Stupa.
Gameplay[]
Flonne is a completely AI-controlled creation. She is notorious for being rather difficult to fight against, having armor guard and large-damage attacks. She actually fights by the rules according to Prinny: She has hyper armor and takes almost no damage until she is hit 3 times (by a melee attack), where afterwards she becomes vulnerable and takes much more damage for a brief moment. However, few characters can get a hit on her because it's extremely hard to hit out of her attacks.
Flonne is infamous on SaltyBet for starting to attack while the betting process is happening, causing her to usually KO the opponent before betting time is supposed to end. This sometimes leads to people not being able to get their bets in on time (before this was fixed).
